Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to another client.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Due to the length and detail required for lash services, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. This ensures each client receives the proper time and attention without running into another client’s appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a 50% fee may be required before scheduling your next visit.
No-Show Policy:
A no-show will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit, and a 50% fee may be required before booking your next appointment.
